What this site is
Your Recovery Advocate is a website run by Michael Drawe LLC, West Jordan, Utah 84084. It explains what money left over from a property sale is, that we help people claim it, and gives you a way to contact us. Using the site or sending us a message does not make you our client and does not create an advisory or professional relationship. That happens only when you sign a written agreement with us.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
Everything on this site is general information. Procedures differ by state and county, they can change, and your situation may differ. We are not lawyers or accountants. For advice about your own claim, your estate, your taxes, or your rights, talk to your own attorney or advisor. We are glad to work with them.
No guarantee
We cannot promise from this website that money is being held in your name, that a claim will be paid, or how long it will take. Anything we say about a specific claim comes after research, and it comes in writing.
Fees, payments, and refunds
Nothing is bought or paid for on this site. Our fee exists only in a written agreement, and that agreement governs what the fee is and when it is owed. We never ask for a payment, deposit, or fee, and we are paid only if you are. Because no payment is ever taken through this site, there is nothing here to refund.
Purchases
Nothing is sold on this site. If that ever changes, this section will say what is sold, what it costs, how it is delivered, and how refunds work, before anything is offered for sale.
Not a government agency
Michael Drawe LLC is a private company. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, county, or court.
Using the site
Use the contact form for genuine inquiries about your own situation, or about a relative you are entitled to act for. Do not submit someone else's details without their permission, send automated messages, or try to interfere with the site. We may decline to respond to a message that misuses the form.
Content
The words, logo, and photograph on this site belong to Michael Drawe LLC. The law it describes is public, and you are welcome to quote what the site says about it. Please do not copy the site itself or present it as your own.
Privacy
What we collect through the form and what we do with it is set out in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, where Michael Drawe LLC is formed. Any agreement we sign with you about a claim says which law governs that agreement, and that agreement controls if the two differ.
